Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. Currently there are openings for both Tier 2 and Tier 3/4 support positions. In this role you would join an established enterprise environment and grow your skillset working on higher level troubleshooting and triaging tickets.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ticket routing and adding access. Experience with Microsoft Software is a must, this is a 365/Teams environment. This is a fast paced environment and you must be a team player looking to contribute at a high level.
