Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side development, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest level of code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technology stack.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Expertise in PHP
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps (& cloud based computing) practices and tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
