Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
Supervising the daily operations of the department
Managing and leading a reliable customer service team with integrity
Setting quarterly goals for team members
Collaborating with the leadership team on department strategies
Maintaining relations with profitable customers
Creating weekly and monthly reports and surveys
Staying current on all the latest trends, techniques, and strategies
Setting data driven goals based on research of the market
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service Manager position
Proficiency with MS Office Excel
Experience within a services industry preferred but not required
Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to details
