Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the daily operations of the department
  • Managing and leading a reliable customer service team with integrity
  • Setting quarterly goals for team members
  • Collaborating with the leadership team on department strategies
  • Maintaining relations with profitable customers
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Staying current on all the latest trends, techniques, and strategies
  • Setting data driven goals based on research of the market

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service Manager position
  • Proficiency with MS Office Excel
  • Experience within a services industry preferred but not required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to details
