Responsibilities:
The specific tasks, duties, and responsibilities that a team member in this position must regularly complete to be successful.
Manages small to large-scale projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and ensuring deliverables are completed with quality.
Collaborates with clients to understand their objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Collaborates with the team to develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, resources, and milestones with a clearly defined critical path.
Leads and motivates project teams comprising company associates, clients, and vendors, ensuring a clear definition of each team member's role and responsibilities, and providing guidance, direction, and support to foster collaboration and ensure successful project execution.
Identifies and assesses project risks and develops mitigation strategies. Monitors and manages project RAID log throughout project delivery.
Maintains clear and effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.
Understands and adheres to global PMO best practices; Follows company PMO Methodology, utilizing standard tools and templates, exercising governance responsibilities, and reporting up to PMO.
Monitors project budget and makes necessary adjustments to control budget.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in project management or relevant fields such as business analysis, inside of a PMO a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic and large/complex IT projects.
Familiarity with procurement supply chain concepts, technologies, processes
PMP certification is preferred, not required.
Demonstrated experience with timekeeping and project management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work and participate in a virtual team environment.
