Apex Systems is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO.
Duration: Long term, open ended contract
Onsite Requirements: 3 days a week onsite in Greenwood Village, CO and 2 days remote
Day to day responsibilites:
70% Scrum Master and 30% Project Managemet
Run the scrum ceremonies, follow up on tasks, and work with the team(s)
Work with clients on requests that are coming in
Responsible for prioritization, timing, and delivery
Tracking and ticket management in Jira, provide status updates, and track down other clients impacted by the work
Manage and track the workload needed to get out
Manage portfolio level reporting and tracking
Experience required:
7-10+ years of Project Management/Scrum Master experience
Jira experience
Confluence or Chalk experience
Prior telecom industry experience
Solid understanding of the SDLC
Someone who enjoys a challenge and is always looking for areas to improve process
Prior technical experience would be helpful to understand the work the team is doing to better guide discussions
Experience supporting a DevOps team would be a plus
Understanding of release management
Experience solving different and unique team problems/challenges
Comfort and experience working in a combined Agile/Waterfall environment
