STAK Ventures is actively seeking an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in managing an office environment. This role will oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of office towers in downtown Oakland, CA comprised of flex and traditional office spaces.

Responsibilities
Sales & Operations
Responsible for day-to-day operations of traditional office and coworking spaces, including:
Sell memberships, offices, and meeting rooms
Deliver concierge customer service
Master the coworking software systems
Gracefully conduct tours and follow up with the CRM system
Monitor and maximize sales pipeline
Prioritize and plan for maximum occupancy
Maintain a clean and welcoming working space
Set sales goals and strategy
Monitor space utilization trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly
Monitor website effectiveness as a sales/marketing lead
Monitor and review social media strategy, output, and effectiveness
Work with rest of Property staff to maintain brand consistency through web presence
Community
Foster a thriving community of members and guests, through:
Developing relationships with members and looking out for their best interests
Introduce them to relevant other members
Understand and prioritize members' needs
Design and host events
Host gatherings where members can meet and interact
Utilize social strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to maximize community scale
Finance & Reporting
The General Manager will produce weekly and monthly reports including:
Sales of desks, offices, and meeting rooms
Occupancy
Financial reports to the accounting team
Membership growth trends
Customer feedback and improvement analysis
Technology report and troubleshooting
Personnel management
Manage a team to achieve the community, sales, and facilities goals stated above
Be responsible for the professional development of each team member
Conduct regular meetings with the entire team to ensure members are aligned on key initiatives and performance goals
Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to review the status of individual tasks and goals
Lead regular performance reviews of team members
Qualifications
College graduate with a 4-year degree
4-6 years experience with increasing responsibility in either a coworking or hospitality role
Empathetic extrovert who likes to work with people
Highly organized and attentive to details
Self-motivated and team-oriented
A sharp professional appearance
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Passion for the Bay Area and our entrepreneurial community
Hospitality experience (preferred)
Operations management experience (preferred)
Customer service experience (preferred)
Legally authorized to work in California
