3 - 5 of experience as an administrative assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to convey ideas.
Previous experience with CMMS/ ERP software such as SAP, JDE, etc.
Previous experience with IDMS software such as PCMS, Meridian, Ultra pipe etc.
Active or expired API 510, API 570, or API 653 certifications.
General knowledge of QA/QC process and documentation (MTR, Torque sheets, weld trackers, PMI reports, etc.)
Strong organization skills
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Disciplined self-starter with good organizational skills
Work independently or with others as a team to complete assigned projects.
Job Description
Organizes internal & external meeting logistics, supports MI department team meetings.
Lead MI team document control requirements to ensure file revisions are tracked and updated in sites EDMS.
Assistance in developing, reviewing, and organization of ITPM (Inspection, Testing and Preventative Maintenance) Plans for the sites fixed/rotating equipment.
Work with data in Excel, Power BI and reporting software programs for manipulation & comprehension to assist with M&R team reporting and analysis.
Assist other departments throughout the organization as needed.
