Job Summary: The Mechanical Integrity Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the mechanical integrity team in maintaining the reliability and safety of mechanical systems and equipment. This role involves administrative tasks, data management, and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Mechanical Integrity program.
Maintain and update records related to equipment performance, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Support the mechanical integrity team with scheduling and dispatching work orders.
Ensure data integrity and consistency within engineering file systems and databases.
Collaborate with technicians and engineers to gather and organize technical information.
Help in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge in mechanical systems and controls.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of mechanical systems, controls, and equipment.
Proficiency in data management and office software applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and support colleagues as needed.
Experience in a mechanical or technical field is preferred.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation:
$__25_/hr to $__30__/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
