Demand Planning ManagerResponsibilities:
Maintaining and updating a formalized demand planning process and SOPs
Ensure accurate forecasting 12 months out through weekly meetings to discuss these monthly forecasts
Manage a team of demand planners
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance and supply chain to ensure the forecast is aligned with business performance
Influence and interact with C-Suite and other senior leadership on a weekly basis
Demand Planning ManagerRequirements:
5+ years of supply chain planning experience, demand planning preferred
2+ years of managerial experience
Ability to interact with senior executive leadership
Ability to interact and forecast across multiple business units
