Our client, a mission driven and philanthropic firm, is seeking a bright candidate to join their Menlo Park office as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant on a part time basis. This role will necessitate experience within a front office, receptionist, or administrative role within a professional environment. ***This is a part time role with in-office requirements necessitating roughly 20-24 hours of work per week. Office is located in Menlo Park, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional organization and presentation of front office, updating distributive materials as needed
  • Serve as a greeter to all office visitors, welcoming and guiding them
  • Direct and screen all calls to the office
  • Update inventory and order supplies to maintain office inventories, including general office supplies and kitchen items
  • Organize expenses and accurately enter them into expense reports
  • Conduct the sorting and doling out of all deliveries and mail
  • Ensure that meetings rooms and guests are prepared, standing by to assist with any technical issues

Requirements
  • Must have experience with receptionist and front office support
  • Possesses comfortability with common office technologies for troubleshooting purposes
  • Experience and knowledge of nonprofit work are favorable, with an eagerness to join a mission-driven group
  • Flexibility to perform tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operations of the office at large
  • Maintain the upmost professionalism, with a calm and friendly disposition in the face of fast-paced tasks

Salary Range

$30/hr - $40/hr
