This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Westminster, Colorado.
Customer Specialist Responsibilities
Handle in-bound and outbound sales calls.
Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings.
Maintain documentation of interactions in CRM system.
Escalate and route calls as needed.
Support ongoing process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Perform research to suggest product improvements.
Customer Specialist Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience related to customer retention and sales.
Customer-service focused with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) a plus.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
