Customer Specialist

Our global technology client has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Specialist to join their retention group! This is a stellar opportunity to gain professional experience in an exciting industry.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Westminster, Colorado.

Customer Specialist Responsibilities
  • Handle in-bound and outbound sales calls.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings.
  • Maintain documentation of interactions in CRM system.
  • Escalate and route calls as needed.
  • Support ongoing process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform research to suggest product improvements.

Customer Specialist Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience related to customer retention and sales.
  • Customer-service focused with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) a plus.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
