Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemical Process/Production Engineer at Genie Matthews & Associates. The Chemical Process/Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality control, and implementing production planning strategies. The engineer will also need to possess excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Strong background in Production Engineering and experience in process optimization
Proficient in analytical methods and tools to assess and improve process performance
Proven ability to develop and implement effective production planning strategies
Experience in maintaining quality control standards
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in the chemical industry is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
