DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
? Onsite installation experience
? Experience installing equipment on roofs
? At least 18 years old
? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
? Resides in East Dallas
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN INTERNET FIELD TECHNICIAN?
You will have the opportunity to work overtime and be part of a team that values flexibility and work-life balance. As an Internet Field Technician, you will coordinate with the customer service team to manage the dispatch calendar efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and prompt service for our clients. You will spend your days installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing wireless internet equipment at customer locations. Your role will involve working in cramped spaces and various climate conditions. You will perform site surveys, configure routers, and conduct performance testing to ensure optimal service. Additionally, you will promote our organization by visiting neighbors of newly installed customers and recommending equipment upgrades when necessary.
