Key Responsibilities ????:
Develop and manage the mass and energy balance for production processes.
Implement and maintain manufacturing data systems (e.g., process historian, analytics).
Provide technical expertise in spray drying and extract processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and Lean methodologies.
Optimize production processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Support the scale-up and commercialization of new products and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
Contribute to CAPEX budgets and project scopes, executing smaller projects as needed.
Qualifications ????:
B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial spray-drying processes preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
Experience with process control technologies and systems is a plus.
