Description: Insight Global is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead a team of 11 field service technicians supporting large commercial clients in the Peoria, IL area. This manager will spend half of their time in the field in front of clients with their supervisors and the other half focused on the administration side of the role which includes contract reviews, performance reviews, forecasting and estimating and quoting for the business. They will be responsible for recruiting their own technicians should there be a vacancy and hiring those individuals. The right candidate must be an excellent communicator who is able to be resourceful and leverage the right individuals to get work done. They must be strategic and create a vision for the business.

Travel requirements: 50% of the time will be spent at the Peoria, IL office while the other 50% will be spent traveling to various customer sites around the Chicago area. Mileage reimbursement will be provided!
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Commercial Service Manager (within the HVAC industry would be heavily preferred!)
Previous experience managing a team of technicians
Completed High School diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver's license
Previous background/knowledge in working with commercial HVAC systems would be heavily preferred
