Job Description:
Our client, a payment solutions company, is seeking a Sales Assistant for a 6+ month contract role. This is on-site and located in Lindon, UT.
Duties:
- Receive and route inbound calls into Sales Queue.
- Qualify call to confirm if related to a new account set-up or existing merchant hardware sale. If so, route the call to the appropriate Sales Rep.
- Track prospects and leads that come into the Sales queue via Google doc in order to evenly distribute leads among Reps.
- Serve as potential backup to Lead Sales Administrator.
- Process and create new lead records in Salesforce as requested.
- Regular attendance and compliance within the schedule assigned.

- Clear and professional communication with customers over the phone.
- Ability to learn and navigate the Salesforce CRM.
- Strong logic, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult calls in a team environment.
- Entry level: 0-2 years of customer service or call center experience.
Pay Rate $17.05/hour
