JCW Search is working on an exciting role with a leading Pharmaceutical company looking for a Controller of Manufacturing Finance to join their expanding team. This role will report to the Sr Director of Finance and be onsite out of Bethlehem, PA.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial leadership and guidance to the manufacturing site
Ensure timely and accurate accounting, per GAAP, company policies and commonly employed methods used in manufacturing environments
Area of responsibility will include spend analysis, zero-based budget preparation, material & labor variance analysis, forecasting, management reporting, asset safeguarding, and evaluating/tracking cost reduction opportunities
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a system of internal controls over plant inventory
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
8-15 years of related manufacturing finance experience
Working knowledge of GAAP, sales and use tax and property tax
experience in cost and inventory accounting
Advanced knowledge of Excel required
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
