Job Description:

Summary: The Credit Representative is responsible for collecting accounts receivable through collection calls and correspondence in an automated environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.

Problem solves and negotiate payment plans.

Reviews, analyzes and assists with the approval of customer credit.

Review credit hold orders and determine appropriate action within standard credit department procedures.

Research and document problems and solutions.

Regularly evaluate customer financial data and payment history to evaluate credit exposure.

Resolves grievances between Sales Representatives and customers.
