WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
Manage the strategy and execution of a newly created equipment financing program
Support a dedicated teams of sales producers as a trainer, finance manager and functional finance expert and leasing SME
Direct Hire role, generous base compensation, $150,000 plus generous bonus; commensurate with experience
Sales and Business Savvy about Construction, Agriculture, and the large equipment Industry

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; preferred
Familiar with large equipment & related leasing and warranty program
Familiar with concept of "assignment of equipment"
Travel across Nebraska and other midwestern states as required
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS EQUIPMENT FINANCE MANAGER?
Primary contact with bank and equipment leasing financial institution
Interface with the Sales teams and sales managers to drive sales and market share
Develop a plan which includes Strategic alignment, Performance Management, Marketing Strategy, Pricing Support and Sales integration
Create a positive culture to help cultivate a high performing team
