We are looking for a Regional Accounting Manager for a growing company in New Berlin, WI. This person will oversee the accounting and finance functions for 4 entities. Will have two direct reports (both Staff Accountants). Can have flexibility for remote work after training.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily processing of the regional accounting team to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and coach your team to ensure the highest level of quality.
Ensure accountability within your team, mentor and continue to grow their skills.
Oversee all monthly close procedures including monthly recording and reporting of all accounting activities.
Regularly present analysis and reports in an easy-to-understand format.
Review and approve various entries, monthly schedules, and spreadsheets for account reconciliations.
Manage all internal/external audit requests.
Review and post vendor invoices and payments and customer invoices and cash receipts.
Manage Regional Accountants to establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback to the brand.
Provide accurate, on-time income statements to General Managers.
Ensure that state and federal income tax reporting is accurate and current.
