Project Social T is seeking a talented Marketing & Social Media Manager to oversee all marketing initiatives from top to bottom. The role offers a great opportunity to engrain yourself in a brand's identity and have autonomy over your projects. This job works closely with the E-Commerce Manager and reports directly to the Creative Director.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing from top to bottom, including but not limited to: social media accounts, influencer gifting and paid collaborations, e-mail and SMS marketing, paid media, SEO, sales calendar planning, assist with photoshoot planning, etc.
Social Media
Create monthly social media plan and calendars for Instagram and Pinterest using analytics to drive strategy
Post daily to Instagram and Pinterest accounts, engaging with the community daily via comments, likes, etc.
Creation and editing of creative assets for stories, short-form video content, etc. Being comfortable on camera is a plus!
Coordinate co-branded initiatives with like-minded brands for giveaways or cross promotion
Influencer
Execute paid influencer campaigns from start to finish: draft creative brief, create product lookbook, curate target list, outreach, negotiate, approve content, analyze influencer's backend metrics, invoicing + payments. Prior influencer relationships are a plus!
Ideate and execute creative influencer seedings for earned media coverage
Website
Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to plan website content and messaging, manage charity partner relationships, create promotional assets for sales, and write all copy (product descriptions, SEO, etc.)
Email & SMS
Manage existing and create new journeys/flows for always-on marketing
Draft and schedule email and SMS content to align with overarching marketing calendar
Collaborate with the graphic designer to create email assets. SMS assets will be created by you.
A/B test for best optimization practices
Analyze performance and adjust strategy accordingly
Paid Media & SEO
Collaborate with external agency to manage SEO efforts and Google and Facebook ads
Create assets and write copy for all ads
Analyze ad performance and react accordingly
Additional tasks
Attend all photoshoots and assist the Creative Director
Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to plan an overarching sales calendar and strategy
Manage full marketing budget
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related field
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a preference for fashion or lifestyle brands
Proficient use of creative platforms such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut, etc.
Experience with industry marketing and analytics tools such as GA4, Attentive/Klaviyo, Facebook Ads Manager, MightyScout, etc.
Experience managing and collaborating with external agencies
Experience in developing strong campaigns from conception through execution
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
A self-starter who is results-driven and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a positive and collaborative attitude
