We are currently filling a Brand Ambassador role to assist with new business sales and development. Representatives meet with new and existing clients to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. We need a Brand Representative to join our business, learn our products and grow with us! If being a Team Leader or Manager in the future or even just taking a step up into a more senior position is something that appeals to you, then this role could be the first step towards that goal.
Brand Ambassador Job Responsibilities:
Document all client account updates in our CRM promptly
Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Competitiveness and the drive to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
Be honest and proactive in all your communications - internally and externally
Work cooperatively with operations personnel to improve our service and resolve any client issues
Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans
Implement and support current promotions
Ensure brand standards are followed at all events
Assist with account promotions as needed
Complete post analysis of all events
Report to and remain in regular correspondence with the Regional Account Manager no less than once a week to check in
Other duties as assigned
Brand Ambassador Job Requirements
Follow a consultative selling approach
1 year or more of successful business development or sales experience
Experience in providing exceptional client support
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
The ability to think and move quickly while assisting clients
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Full time availability
Understand and be able to answer basic questions about general brand knowledge, products and the company itself
