About this role:

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support capital adequacy and forecasting along with managing the company's capital actions.

In this role, you will:
  • Interact with the Capital Management team, Treasury and other groups to execute complex research, reporting and project deliverables
  • Gain an in depth understanding of the Company's balance sheet, capital, legal entity structure and key financial management processes like funds transfer pricing
  • Challenge the status quo when reviewing results and to improve existing processes, models and tools
  • Facilitate discussions between key stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Formally document research and work products in memos and narratives
  • Be aware of evolving banking regulations and the economic/market environment, assess their impact to deliverables and communicate to key partners
  • Manage risk including partnering with second and third lines
  • Become a subject matter expert on the development and coordination of capital forecasts, including for use in the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process
  • Become an expert in legal entity strategy, forecasting and intercompany dynamics
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of regulatory capital requirements.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and analytics
  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative field. MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication across a variety of audiences and stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Essbase and General Ledger experience.
  • Proven ability to manage highly complex enterprise-wide processes.
  • High level of attention to detail; ability to translate strategy into actionable steps across direct and indirect teams.
