Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy and Analytics Transformation, the Director of Analytics Product Management will be responsible for leading the development of analytic capabilities and tools for Kimberly Clark's North America segment. The main role responsibilities include developing a vision and roadmap for capability development in partnership with commercial functions and managing agile product teams with DTS to bring vision to life. The Director will have a team of up to 5 direct reports.




In this role, you will:



  • Leads North America Commercial Analytics Product Management across consumer and B2B analytics products supporting performance analysis and optimization on $11B of revenue

  • Responsible for vision, roadmap, planning NA commercial analytics products including dashboards, scorecards, predictive tools, and Generative AI supported products

  • Leads team of Product Managers directing Agile delivery Pods (staffed in DTS) of 20+ full stack engineering, architecture, UX design, data scientists and other technical resources

  • Leads team of Data Stewards responsible for commercial data quality, management and governance

  • Leads analytics capability for the 500+ person NA commercial teams including capability building strategy and delivery

  • Engages directly with KCNA President and is a key strategic partner to the KCNA LT on delivery of NA analytics vision, including delivery of our ambitions in enhancing our analytics capabilities and maturity and tools

  • Demonstrated track record driving Strategic Leadership in Product Management:

    • Vision setting and direction for the commercial analytic products

    • Leadership and commercial alignment around vision

    • Understanding of organizational capabilities and gaps





  • Technical Acumen in Product Management with understanding of:

    • Analytics product development requirements

    • Technical challenges faced by engineering teams

    • Technological trends shaping the industry

    • Agile development ways of working



  • Familiarity developing data analytics and data visualization

  • Experience in managing and leading technical teams:

    • Lead cross-functional teams (Product Managers, engineers, UX designers, data scientists)

    • Manage Agile delivery Pods

    • Oversee Data Stewards responsible for data quality and governance



  • Consumer (CPG and Retail) Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of key players, dynamics and trends, key industry analyses and metrics, etc.

  • Change Management: Capable of understanding organizational dynamics, individual incentives, and barriers to change to implement new ways of working in line with business priorities

  • Scope of Experience: Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across functions and teams, and leading through influence are keys to success

Essential Knowledge/ Experience




  • 10+ years of business experience in Commercial Analytics, Product Management, or related functions


  • Bachelor's degree in business or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge. Master's degree a plus.


  • Experience leveraging CPG data sources (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circanca, Numerator, etc.)
