This position is responsible for the maintaining, planning and delivery of services for the extended campus.
Essential Functions:
Assist Campus Director with the delivery of student and community services to the campus.
Participate in recruitment efforts at area schools and community events as directed and outlined in the college recruitment plan through good public relations.
Provide coordination and assistance with enrollment and student services, specifically in the areas of admissions, registration, testing, financial aid, student activities, and student discipline.
Provide testing services and proctoring for all exams administered at the campus, including Accuplacer, Graduation Exit Exam, and individually proctored exams for distance education, ECampus, external institutions, and special needs testing.
Maintains campus operations in the absence of the Campus Director during regularly scheduled hours and extended hours as needed.
Completes Business Office functions, including collections and deposits of fees and charges, as well as maintain records and filing system for the campus.
Assist all campus offices to provide and promote department services, activities, and events including academic support for distance learning and multi-media equipment.
Assist with all aspects of on-boarding student including testing and the use of student portals including course selection, degree audit, and online campus.
Assists in the training and supervision of student workers and temporary employees.
Coordinate campus tours and scheduling of campus events in concert with the Campus Director.
Advise students in the capacity of College Success Advisor Assist.
Provide coverage of the front office to answer stakeholder questions, receive and process admissions documents.
Supplemental Functions:
Support all enrollment management and campus activities
Serve on college committees
Supervise students and temporary staff as assigned.
Education, Training and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a professional setting
OR
Associates degree and a minimum of 5 years full-time experience in a professional setting
Education, Training and Experience Preferred:
Master's degree
Higher Education Experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Work Characteristics:
Knowledge of active listening and general public and customer relations skills techniques
Ability to provide effective individual and group student services guidance
Ability to establish, coordinate and implement independent management decisions
Knowledge of admissions, financial aid, testing, and records functions
Ability to effectively use information technology including Microsoft Office and related applications
Ability to interact with students and co-workers in a professional manner and within a team structure
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to support the goals of the college
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner to students and community members
Knowledge of Student Information Systems and supporting platforms.
Working Conditions:
1. Regular work schedule is 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
2. Visual and hand usage of computer terminal
3. May require travel to other campus locations
4. Normal sitting and movement in an office environment

Hiring Salary Range: $32,000 - $38,394
This position is based at the Lawrenceburg, TN Campus.
