Your Team & Role

As a Senior Associate, IAM Control & Oversight in Identity and Access Management, you will partner with other security professionals to improve the security of company and client data. You will solve difficult technical issues and work to build alignment around a complex situation. You will work on problems of diverse scope in which analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. In addition to applied experience, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do. 

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day

• Perform complex Security Operations daily operational and project work with the direction of more senior team members.


• Assist with creation, review and improve documentation of Information Security Operations tactical and strategic processes.


• Engage with IT peers and business stakeholders to ensure an appropriate Information Security mindset is in place with our technology and business partners. 

The Skills & Expertise You Bring 

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields 


• Experience with agile development methodologies  


• Knowledge of business concepts and information security tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business 


• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges 


• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills 


• Ability to adapt with evolving business decisions and technical improvements or limitations.

Experience with several of the following:

• NIST and ISO 27000 Standards 


• Identity and Access Management 


• Information Security Risk Assessment processes 


• Data Loss Prevention processes and tools 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 


• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) 


• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
