Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Specialty in corrosion, metallurgical, materials, mechanical or chemical preferred.
2. 15+ years leading mechanical integrity programs in a refinery or chemical processing facility; Corporate equivalent acceptable; 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
3. Detailed working knowledge and training relevant to NACE/API/ASME codes and standards.
4. Demonstrated understanding of OSHA PSM compliance.
5. API 571 and/or 580 certifications preferred
Requirement and skills:
1. Proven experience as program director or other managerial position
2. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
3. Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
4. Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
5. Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project etc.)
6. A business acumen with a strategic ability
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
8. An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
