Job Description:



The position incumbent is the strategy and analytics lead for the Company's transplant product and is responsible for the reporting and presenting product performance and integrated insights to Company leadership. Responsibilities include proactively identifying areas of opportunity through use of SP, SD, and CRM data.




Summary of Key Responsibilities




  • Partners with the Company's brand team to develop and measure KPIs associated with its brand strategy and tactics.

  • Provides the oversight and strategic direction all of the Company's commercial operations functions.

  • Leads the development and maintenance of KPI reports the sales leadership team.

  • Delivers opportunities through data to solidify the ability to manage the business by improving processes.

  • Presents weekly brand performance to the VP, Sales, Regional Sales Directors, and the sales leadership team, providing integrated insights from various data sources.

  • Drives promotional effectiveness efforts with key stakeholders by measuring call activity and utilization of resources to improve the impact of all promotional efforts across the business.

  • Performs ad hoc national and sub-national analyses to proactively identify areas of opportunities and threats, leveraging marketing tactic utilization, sales execution, and customer adoption metrics.

  • Partners with analytics lead to collaborate on performance insights and deep dives.

  • Liaison with external vendors in the production of sub-national sales force effectiveness reports.

  • Creates dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions.

  • Coordinates with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information.

  • Collaborates with the Incentive Compensation team on the Company's sales contest initiatives, creating ad hoc reports for contest updates.

  • Strategizes with field deployment to adjust the field sales model based on business needs.





Required Qualifications and Skills




  • BA in business administration or related field; MA or MBA a plus

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, data management, or medical/clinical experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area (SOT-focused preferred) within the life sciences industry

  • Required: Knowledge of the transplant market, disease states, competitive environment, and overall industry experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including effective presentation skills

  • Advanced analytical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Management databases. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Pro

  • Proven ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success

  • Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning capabilities

  • Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment

  • Ability to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges with key customers while adhering to the Company's ethics and compliance standards



Travel Requirements: Approximately 10%
