The Judge Group has a new opportunity for a Systems Administrator. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our organization's network and computer systems. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring software, managing hardware, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues. Let's dive into the details:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Install and Configure: Set up software and hardware components, ensuring they function optimally.


• 
  Manage Network Servers: Oversee network servers and technology tools.


• 
  User Accounts and Workstations: Create and manage user accounts and workstations.


• 
  Monitor Performance: Keep an eye on system performance and address any issues promptly.


• 
  Troubleshoot and Resolve Outages: Diagnose and fix system-related problems.


• 
  Security Measures: Implement access controls, backups, and firewalls to enhance security.


• 
  Stay Up-to-Date: Upgrade systems with new releases and models.


• 
  Documentation: Develop technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.


• 
  Training: Train staff on new technologies.


• 
  Internal Wiki: Build an internal wiki for technical resources.

Required Skills:

• 
  Operating Systems: Experience and familiarity with multiple operating systems such as Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019, Windows 7 and 10, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, Mac, etc.


• 
  Directory Services: Proficiency in maintaining directory services (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).


• 
  Virtualization: Skilled in using virtual machines (e.g., Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere, VMWare Horizon, etc.).


• 
  System Configuration: Experience monitoring and maintaining system/server configuration.


• 
  Resource Management: Managing system/server resources, including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.


• 
  Hardware Diagnostics: Diagnosing and performing repairs on faulty system/server hardware.


• 
  Troubleshooting: Installing, updating, and troubleshooting systems/servers.


• 
  Documentation: Developing and documenting systems administration standard operating procedures.


• 
  Data Recovery: Planning and executing data redundancy and system recovery procedures.


• 
  Security Compliance: Technical experience securing networks and systems utilizing DISA STIGs and/or SRG.


• 
  Team-Oriented: Must maintain mission requirements and remain customer service and team-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• 
  Database Administration: Experience in database administration is a plus.
