Job Description Summary



The role of the Team Lead Logistics will support the Project Transformation team with plant SAP design and implementation. This position will focus specifically on the SAP warehouse management tool (EWM) that will be built to support dry and frozen warehouse space at our plant locations.



Job Description



Key Accountabilities:


  • Facilitate mapping of current warehouse management processes at all of our NA processing facilities

  • Supports the build and design of SAP's warehouse management tool EWM.

  • Ensure legacy manifest needs are met for each location with the new design.

  • Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to change

  • Keep plant leadership informed and aligned on design.

  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and high pressure environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.

  • Must be comfortable helping lead change and helping individuals adapt to new tools.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners.

  • Able to prioritize business requirements in a fast changing project environment

  • Knowledge and understanding of end to end Supply Chain business processes.

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize deadlines.







    Basic & Preferred Qualifications



    Qualifications:


    • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • 5+ years' experience in warehousing preferred.

    • A working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)

    • Strong PC skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

    • Strong leadership qualities and analytical skills

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $67,480.00 - $101,200.00
