Annual Salary: $100,500.00 - $136,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to identify, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to evolve our distribution network of branches and ATMs across existing and expansion markets.

Essential Functions
Consume analytical research of market opportunities, economics, and consumer issues in order to develop recommendations on roadmap of where and how best to position branch and ATM footprint for accelerated growth
Develop, refine, and evolve perspective of targeted branch and ATM investments to capture new client growth, including business case development for recommendation, implementation approach for denovo locations along with sales and marketing, and reporting for short- and long-term metrics to measure results
Develop, refine, and evolve perspective on targeted branch and ATM investments to reposition for increased coverage, including business case development for recommendation, implementation approach across sales and marketing, and reporting for short- and long-term metrics to measure results
Develop, refine, and evolve perspective on targeted branch optimization for efficient relationship growth and retention, including business case development for closure recommendations, implementation approach across sales and marketing, and reporting for short- and long term metrics to measure results
Identify types of physical branch and ATM models and how they align to the purpose, testing options to reduce new build and remodel costs, advancing operations for efficiency, and enabling the ability to generate growth insights at a faster pace
Keep aware of competition and industry changes in distribution strategy and execution
Monitor and report on key implementation milestones on individual projects and the distribution channel overall to identify where efforts are successful and course correct as needed
Seek feedback from business unit leaders and market managers to increase awareness and knowledge required to make informed decisions and maximize opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong knowledge of key strategies, initiatives, and opportunities
Strong knowledge of industry publications and possible upcoming changes that could impact business
Skilled at analyzing and making recommendations based on and supported by financial information, business plans, and qualitative/quantitative information
Ability to consider complex problems for which standard alternatives may not be available and make educated recommendations
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree preferred.
4+ years Strategic Planning & program management experience required
