Job Description:

Our client, an organization located near the Rosemont, is seeking a driven Administrative Assistant to work onsite Monday-Friday. This position will be sitting in a smaller mobile office.


Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guest to the job site and providing badges to the visitors.


• Supporting all filing/clerical duties for the location.


• Take messages and direct them to the correct internal employee.


• Support office upkeep and assist with ordering necessary supplies.


• Complete weekly data entry projects as provided by manager.

Skills:

• 3-5+ years of office support/administrative experience


• Microsoft Office


• Strong communication skills
