Job Summary | The Resident Director at the University of Kentucky’s Office of Residence Life is critical in our undergraduate housing communities’ day-to-day operations and strategic direction toward fostering students’ well-being and success. The Resident Director will live full-time on campus in a furnished apartment provided by the university, allowing the position to encompass many responsibilities to promote a supportive, welcoming, and dynamic residential experience. Preferred Education/Experience | Master’s degree in Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration or a related field. At least one year working in a residence hall setting preferred. |
