Location: Canton, MA - Hybrid


This is a hybrid position primarily based in Canton, MA. As an E-Voting Administrator, you'll be responsible for delivery of telephone/internet e-proxy services for US based clients. Assist in educating Client Administration and clients with issues/questions regarding the eProxy product. Acts as primary liaison between product manager, vendor and operations. Maintains and continues to develop knowledge of back end systems. Identifies problems and recommends system enhancements or solutions. Analyzes and identifies operational inefficiencies and recommends workflow modifications as needed.

A role you will love


Assist in the coordination of all E-Proxy and E-Voting activities for Proxy Services.

Prepare and proof telephone scripts.

Prepare and proof internet sites for investorvote.com.

Prepare and proof annual meeting e-mail distributions to clients' shareholders.

Interface with systems, Relationship Management, Proxy Scheduling, and outside vendors to ensure smooth flow of information.

Work closely with Relationship Managers and CTS to ensure that client needs related to electronic proxy products are met.

Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
