Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team. The Admissions Assistant will play a critical role in our admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the admissions process for new residents


• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families


• Maintain accurate and organized admission records


• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless care transitions


• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding admissions


• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and families


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards


• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred


• Previous experience in a healthcare or admissions role is a plus


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Must be able to work weekends
