A Real Estate Development company is seeking a Senior Development Accountant to join their team. This position will have the opportunity to work with the Assistant Controller and Development Supervisors to assist in accounting services and maintain the general ledger.


Key Responsibilities:

• Review general ledger to ensure accurate GAAP recording for acquisitions and development projects


• Perform the accounting close process for development pipeline buildings


• Act as an accounting liaison to regional development managers, providing assistance and training as needed


• Handle monthly development and loan draws


• Manage development project positions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience


• Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
