GlobalSource IT is working with a direct client located in the Chicago area that has an opening for an SAP Training Lead. This is initially a 6+ month contract role, and would likely start early to mid-July. Our client is going through a multi-year implementation project, and needs to bring on a strong SAP Training Lead for this effort.
Below are the required skills: • 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP Training. • Past experience in lead roles. • Ability to conduct training needs analysis, and provide guidance in selecting training tools. • Ability to design and develop a full training curriculum. • Strong change management experience. • S/4 HANA experience. • Experience specifically in the warehousing / supply chain areas desired. • Must have excellent communication skills.
