JOB SUMMARY



We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into our organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and business acumen.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans for newly acquired companies.

  • Support acquired companies throughout the integration process, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of acquired company's systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for integration and improvement.

  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate acquired company's ERP systems with our existing infrastructure.

  • Provide training and support to acquired company's employees on our systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Analyze data and develop reports to track integration progress and identify potential issues or opportunities for optimization.

  • Act as a liaison between acquired company's employees and various departments within our organization to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine integration processes to drive efficiency and maximize value for the organization.

  • Other duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS





  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of system integration principles .

  • Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools .

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.




EDUCATION REQUREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Type of position - Full-time

  • Hours a week: 40 hours

Travel: 10%
