JOB SUMMARY



DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is a growing specialty chemical business that is engaged in the development of chemical solutions, manufacturing, sales, and on-site service. The significant growth of DuBois has led to a need for an addition to our experienced Integration team to assist with the process development, operations, and chemical manufacturing side of integrating new locations and products. The position will be in our Sharonville, Ohio headquarters.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES





  • Collaborates with Project Lead and Integration Team, to understand objectives, timelines, and requirements associated with ongoing integration projects.

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data necessary for the integration process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of project progress, milestones, and action items, while developing and monitoring a detailed project plan.

  • Participate in the chemical, equipment, and packaging review process of acquired companies.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to review and commercialize raw materials, product formulations, and finished goods into the corporate ERP system.

  • Manage the component cross-referencing and data entry steps of the acquired company.

  • Assist with the transition and implementation of a new ERP system or process plan.

  • Provide regular project updates for the leadership team.

  • Measure project performance/cost savings using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes by offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis and project experience.

  • Authors technical documents including trip reports, production reports, SOP's, financial reports, and risk assessments.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.




QUALIFICATIONS





  • Chemical industry experience is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of chemistry and/or chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, planning, chemical manufacturing, or process design.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Capacity to handle multiple projects and roles.

  • Computer Skills - Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Projects, Teams, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with ERP Systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365 systems, is a plus.

  • Good technical writing skills and ability to prepare and present data.

  • Strong communication skills, including written, oral and listening.

  • Position demands a professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills and critical/creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to excellence demonstrated in work history.

  • Strong business acumen (management principles, strategic planning, critical thinking, budgeting, resource allocation, etc.).

  • Strong team player and proven ability to develop team members.

  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing facility with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work within deadlines, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.




EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS





  • BS/MS in chemical engineering, project management, chemistry, or related engineering and science disciplines

  • Type of position - Full-time

  • Hours a week: 40 hours

  • Travel - 15 - 25%
