Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator for a TOP ranked global networking company in Irvine, CA! This individual will play a key role in providing administrative support to the sales team and delivering top-notch customer service to our retail clients.



Location: Irvine, CA 92618 (Fully Onsite)



Position Overview:



This position involves managing product orders, keeping pricing files up-to-date, promotional advertisements and marketing materials, handling billing escalations, organizing demo shipments, and preparing weekly sales and inventory reports. You'll undertake various administrative tasks aimed at boosting sales and service to retail clients.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations for retail accounts, generating sales reports and inventory analysis.

  • Enter FCA (Retail Rebates) data into Salesforce and Excel on a weekly basis.

  • Collect and report weekly retail sales data using Excel.

  • Maintain the weekly IR price file in Excel.

  • Process weekly FCA claims from retailer portals and emails in Salesforce and Excel.

  • Accrue monthly rebates (IR, DRR, MDF) in Excel for accounting based on FCA creation.

  • Create and implement quarterly distribution SPA in Salesforce.

  • Calculate quarterly sales performance for bonus determination.

  • Maintain and update the retail pricing model, including promotions.

  • Coordinate and monitor promotional activities and track their results.

  • Track weekly customer inventory.

  • Forecast incoming shipments and ensure timely delivery.

  • Ensure the execution of promotional activities and track results weekly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide the right marketing assets for retailers both online and in-store.

  • Manage and escalate claim creation documents as necessary.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales or customer service (*MUST HAVE*)

  • Understanding of brick-and-mortar retail accounts.

  • Computer Networking, IT, or Tech industry experience is a HUGE plus!

  • Salesforce experience (preferred)

  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data organization).

  • Effective customer interaction skills to resolve issues promptly.

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced industry and high demands.
