We are currently searching for someone to work as a Dispatcher/ Project Coordinator for a very busy and stable company located in Jefferson Parish.
This position will pay $15.00 per hour to start and the hours are typically 8am-5pm. There will also be "on call"/rotating hours every 3rd-4th weekend. During the on call hours the pay is overtime.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answering phone calls • Dispatching technicians and vendors • Following up with the customer to verify work has been completed • Data entry • Email response • Scheduling routine maintenance work • Taking and responding to emergency facilities calls • Providing excellent customer service
Ideal candidate will have great communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as have an excellent customer service attitude!
Required: • High School Diploma • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel • 3+years working in an office setting • Organized • Reliable, on time, able to work a full time position • Able to work independently • Mature
Experience working within a facilities-type role is a plus!
