Are you an experienced accountant looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity? We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Livermore, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 with a 10% bonus.
?? Position Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you'll collaborate closely with our field teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting and facilitating a seamless transition process. This role goes beyond traditional accounting duties - it requires a strategic mindset and advanced Excel skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with multiple locations/entities, reviewing reconciliations and financial statementsCollaborate with field teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and proceduresUtilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze data and support decision-makingManage accounts payable, banking, sales tax, and financial analysis tasksAssist in the development and implementation of processes to streamline accounting services?? Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Proven experience working with multiple locations/entitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesSend resume
