Johnsonville, LLC Accounts Payable Specialist I - Part Time Position Overview: We currently have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our Accounts Payable Team as a Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist I. In this position within A/P, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of accounts payable activities and with a variety of internal members at all levels within the organization, as well as many external vendors. Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of accounts payable functions (post invoices and credit memos; assist members/vendors with problems or questions; research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues; process/reconcile weekly TMS batched freight loads; complete weekly check mailing)
• Monitor and execute through the AP electronic workflow inbox
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with business partners/vendors
• Assist with improving processes
• Back-up other AP positions
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience:

• 1 year of Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Experience with SAP-Finance preferred
• Familiarity with OCR and invoice processing technology a plus
