Your job is to nurture The Johnsonville Way.Johnsonville, LLC Organizational Development &Learning Technology Specialist Position Overview: Join Johnsonville's Global Member Services and Organizational Development & Learning (MSOL) team as the Technology Specialist . This position is a unique opportunity to blend technical and creative skillsets by administrating the organization's learning and development platforms, including but not limited to the learning, culture and performance systems(ex: SuccessFactors, DDI PinPoint, engagement surveys, etc) and providing support and training to other organization wide learning technologies. You will partner closely with leaders, members, and teams to enhance member experiences through our technologies and support the success of key organizational learning and development initiatives.   • Administer all learning technology platforms:

    • Manage user accounts, load and test course content, manage automated messages, and configure system settings.
    • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure systems are up to date and agreed upon changes are implemented.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and user accounts related to learning technology platforms by working with vendor and internal teams. Identify and resolve systemic issues.
    • Partner with IT team to ensure proper integration of tools. Execute strategy to ensure a seamless member experience and consistent delivery/verbiage/etc. across learning technology platforms.
    • Track, analyze and consult on ODL metrics via scheduled reports and ad-hoc requests to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Initiate and execute the end of year cleanup process to ensure a smooth transition to the next year.
    • Create and maintain documentation, including job aids and tutorials.
    • Develop communication plans and draft communications for coaches and members related to changes and initiatives and to drive engagement and adoption.
    • ODL communication platforms including Sharepoint and company intranet.

  • Support and execute learning technology strategy:

    • Assist in the development of and own execution of a strategic plan to drive learning technology engagement and adoption by partnering with the IT department and outside partners on new updates for usability and system enhancements.
    • Participate in research, learning opportunities and networking to be the internal expert on LMS and SuccessFactors trends, best practices and product releases. Make tailored recommendations based on Johnsonville's needs.
    • Identify and propose technology solutions (including features and functions within current systems or new tools) to support ODL strategic initiatives, and/or solve organizational/member/coach needs.
    • Coordinate and maintain corporate-wide and site-specific master learning content calendars.
    • Serve as virtual classroom producer for ODL virtual course offerings.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in educational technology, computer science or a related field preferred
  • eLearning and Learning Industry Certifications - e.g., Project Management, eLearning Design, Instructional Design, eLearning Development Software, Media Software, Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years LMS Administration experience required (SuccessFactors experience preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft programs, especially Excel, required.
  • Sharepoint experience required.
  • System and Vendor Management experience required.
  • Power BI, Power Automate and Forms preferred.
  • Knowledge of e-learning principles and instructional design is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work across shifts as well as across departments for training and development needs at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%)
