Job Description:

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Healthcare Integration Specialist performs tasks which require knowledge of Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools; an understanding of team dynamics and how to assign team member roles and responsibilities based on a thorough understanding of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles; and Lean enterprise concepts, with the ability to identify non-value-added elements and activities using specific tools related to Lean and Six Sigma. As a Healthcare Integration Specialist, your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies will drive efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction across our clients healthcare organization. Tasks may include employing quality management systems, tools, and techniques to help organizations transform, including, but not limited to Lean Six Sigma (LSS), CMMI, and ISO 9000/9001.
Position Responsibilities:
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Conduct process assessments and data analysis to quantify improvements and validate project success. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, administrators, and support staff, to understand workflow challenges and implement sustainable solutions. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on new processes and ensure effective implementation. Act as a change agent by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and identify further improvement opportunities. Participate in project prioritization, planning, and resource allocation activities to ensure successful project execution. Prepare and present project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
