Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel - Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Production Day Supervisor for our Melt Shop.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a production team while establishing a culture of safety awareness, team development, quality production, and continuous improvement.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience in a steelmaking production environment

Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in Melt Shop ORCasterORRefractory
