Your Role: Senior Specialist-Manufacturing Engineering

As a Senior Specialist-Manufacturing Engineering, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and engineering activities at our flexible manufacturing production facilities. Starting with supporting the coordination efforts for a significant shutdown operation, you will transition into managing the maintenance and repair (M&R) budget, collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams.

Approximately, the first 12 months of this job will be supporting the coordination efforts of the South end operations 10-year shutdown reporting to the capital delivery team. Starting in Sep/Oct 2025, this role will transition to being a maintenance coordinator for flexible manufacturing production facilities and report to either flexible manufacturing operations or site maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement small scope projects in collaboration with flexible manufacturing engineers and vendors.




• Assist in capital process and large scope projects including scope definition, planning, scheduling, and prioritization.




• Manage and maintain the M&R budget for flexible manufacturing, ensuring alignment with monthly and yearly targets.




• Collaborate with operations for pre-work and planning activities such as LOTO and permits.




• Promote safety and environmental compliance within flexible manufacturing production facilities.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.




• Required Experience: Demonstrated experience in maintenance coordination or related field.




• Top 2 skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Experience with CAPA, Maximo, or similar maintenance management systems.




• Knowledge of industrial maintenance crafts and job planning processes.




• Background in engineering support or project management.
