Job Description:
The National Ministries, United Church of Christ has an opening for Associate Director, Center for Analytics, Research & Development, and Data.The Center for Analytics, Research & Development, and Data is a church-wide resource whose mission is to gather, provide, and interpret information and trends for the purpose of illuminating the past, realizing the present, and envisioning the future of the United Church of Christ in the larger social context. CARDD aspires to build a culture of assessment and a unified, collaborative information network across all settings of the United Church of Christ.
The role of the Associate Director is to support the team's collection, maintenance, and analysis of data for wider church use. Specifically, this includes overseeing data management programs and infrastructure, including the denominational database, and providing access to data in a usable format for ongoing research needs and in response to specific queries.
