Position OverviewThe Center for Community Health and Development is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Administrative Associate Sr. to provide technology, project, and office support. Assist the Center for Community Health and Development's IT Technology Manager
Provide client and staff support for the Community Check Box Evaluation System, including user permissions, providing training, troubleshooting, and technical assistance as needed
Create and update customized Community Check Box Evaluation System sites for community partners
Provide data support such as data exports, imports, and data cleaning
Create online surveys and related reports
Provide quality assurance/ test technology updates
20% - Graphic Design
Support knowledge dissemination efforts with graphic design (e.g., infographics, flyers, graphics for social media)
Design and format ADA-compliant documents for public dissemination (e.g., PowerPoints, reports)
20% - Website Updates and Communications
Support internal and external communications with support and direction from Center leadership
Support the Community Tool Box (Drupal CMS) website and training curriculum through updating, creating, reviewing, and publishing new content on the website, and formatting and editing existing materials
Support social media and newsletter dissemination efforts
Provide other project and office support as needed, including greeting visitors and handling/routing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalency and four years of office experience or four years of post-secondary educationExcellent written communication skills and attention to detail, as evidenced by the quality of the application materialsOne year of experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design program(s)At least 3 years of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet technologiesPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
One year experience working on projects independently and in team-based environments
One year of experience with Drupal CMS
Demonstrated initiative, as evidenced in application materials
Strong written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills, as evidenced in application materials
One year of experience providing training and technical assistance to clients.
