Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their client on a direct hire basis. Location: Woburn, MA (100% onsite)


Salary: $49,920 - $58,240

Schedule:



  • Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

  • Saturday monthly rotation, 8am-12pm

    • **On-call rotation scheduled (once a month)

      • Friday, 8am-12pm

      • Saturday, 12pm-10pm

      • Sunday, 7am-10pm





**On call Rotation schedule, employee automatically receive $150.00 for the coverage regardless of whether they worked. Paid additional for any minutes on the phone; all time over 40 hours is paid out at time and a half



Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist customers in person at our service location

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate team members as necessary

  • Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them in understanding their HVAC options and needs

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately

  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HVAC or customer service is a plus

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the HVAC industry

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer service management systems
